Malice, the Toxic Apple, shows women roaming the streets at night, drinking and indulging in excess. They appropriate male spaces of action and piss against walls (wait, why is that glowing so toxic neon yellow?). In mobile phone video aesthetics, the protagonists document the course of the evening itself. These video fragments are overlaid with spoken texts and sounds in the montage. Text and image interweave to create a poetic homage to ecstasy, sisterhood, letting go and freedom, without ignoring the darker side of alcohol consumption.
